Universal event aggregation with search, filter, map, and calendar views.
Case Study · EVENT DISCOVERY · UK
Mobile-first event aggregation, personalisation, and editorial content.
The story
Industry conferences leave attendees juggling spreadsheets, scattered RSVP links, and missed satellite events. Sumwhere's founders wanted to build a mobile-first directory that aggregates official conference agendas with external partner events, helping attendees plan their week and giving brand sponsors high-intent traffic. KUMO built the mobile app and backend.
What we delivered
Universal event aggregation with search, filter, map, and calendar views.
Saved events, custom schedules, and reminders surfaced when they matter, not just on day one.
iCal and Google Calendar export so the schedule lives inside the user's existing tools.
CMS-driven editorial content alongside the directory for context, recommendations, and discovery.
Native-feel mobile UX with map and filter performance tuned for real conference-floor use.
Backend, content models, and CMS workflow built so the editorial team can ship content without engineering involvement.
