Farro Capital is a Singapore multi-family office that serves ultra-high-net-worth families across global markets. Rather than build and carry a large in-house engineering function, they bring KUMO in as their external technical partner: an on-demand software and AI engineering team they scope work to as needs arise. They chose KUMO for fintech expertise and senior engineers who have shipped regulated financial software in production, the same team behind Volopay and FLIN. Each engagement is defined by the scope Farro sets, so they keep full control of direction and spend while drawing on senior engineering exactly when they need it.
