Ralco Synergy has been distributing IT hardware to India's top tech companies for 25 years. The next chapter needed to be digital-first, a rental marketplace serving SMB and individual customers. KUMO built Equipp as a production marketplace handling laptops, peripherals, and gaming devices for B2B and individual rentals, integrated with Ralco's existing distribution network.

Real-time inventory across Ralco's hardware pool with reservation locks, overcommit prevention, and SKU-level availability.

Operations dashboard

Internal tools for Ralco's ops team, dispatch, returns, refurbishment routing, and device-condition scoring.

Reverse logistics

Pickup scheduling, condition checks, and refurbishment pipelines integrated into the rental lifecycle so devices re-enter inventory cleanly.
