Innergiving: Trust-first mental health membership

Multi-sided community platform with no ads, no algorithms.

The story

What Innergiving needed, and what we built.

CEO Ken Hunt wanted to rethink mental health content delivery, no ads, no algorithmic manipulation, real money flowing to mental-health nonprofits. The hard part was the multi-sided marketplace logic: individuals + nonprofits + content creators, with revenue allocation that pays out fairly. KUMO built the full platform.

What we delivered

Six areas of production work.

Three-sided marketplace

Secure payments & payouts

Membership payments with audit trails, refund handling, and scheduled nonprofit payouts.

Content-creator workflow

Tools for creators to publish, attribute, and receive revenue share without ad dependence.

Trust-first product surface
