The story

What CampaignHQ needed, and what we built.

Most software companies don't ship their own product. KUMO wanted to prove the muscle, build a production SaaS we operate ourselves, with paying customers, AWS Partner status, and the credibility of running a real product business alongside client work. CampaignHQ has paying customers across email and WhatsApp campaigns, with AI features built into the platform.

What we delivered

Cloud-native AWS architecture

Email delivery via AWS SES, WhatsApp via the Business API, multi-region queueing, all designed for tenant isolation and deliverability from day one.

Multi-tenant SaaS isolation

Per-customer data isolation, role-based access, usage-based billing, and per-tenant policy configuration.

AI chatbots & smart inbox

AI handling routine customer interactions, triaging incoming replies, and escalating exceptions to a human queue.

Campaign automation flows

Drag-and-drop journey builder with conditional logic, A/B variants, and send-time optimisation across channels.

Analytics & deliverability

Real-time delivery, bounce, engagement, and conversion dashboards plus deliverability tooling for SES and WhatsApp.

We run it

AWS Partner, listed on G2 and Capterra, with our own DevOps and on-call rotation. Operating our own product changes how we build for others.
