Automation Opportunity Audit
Two weeks, $5,000, credited against your build.
In two weeks a KUMO engineer maps the work your team does by hand across your systems, prices the three to five automations worth doing, and tells you which to do first and what each will cost, in writing. $5,000, fixed. If you go ahead with a build in the next 90 days, the $5,000 comes off the price. No sales call required to start; the form is the start.
We reply within one working day with a start date and the $5,000 invoice. No newsletter, no sequence.
Thanks — your request is in.
An engineer will reply within one working day with a proposed start date. If you would rather talk first, book a 30-minute call.
What you get
A document you own, and a quote you can accept.
- A written map of the manual work: which steps, which systems, how many hours a week, who does them.
- Three to five automation candidates, each with: what it would do, which systems it touches, where a person must approve, the risk if it is wrong, and a cost band.
- A recommended first build with a fixed-scope quote you can accept as is.
- A 45-minute walkthrough with the engineer who did the work.
- Everything in a document you own, whether or not you build with us.
How it runs
Two weeks, start to scoped.
- Days 1 to 3
- A 60-minute call with the people who do the work, read-only access to the systems you choose (or exports), and a list of the forms, spreadsheets and emails that carry the process today.
- Days 4 to 9
- We trace each workflow end to end, measure volumes and time, and check what each system’s API allows.
- Days 10 to 14
- Candidates priced, first build scoped, walkthrough booked.
Who it is for
Owners and operations leads, 10 to 100 staff, no engineers of their own.
Businesses with at least one process that lives in spreadsheets, email and re-keying between systems. Common fits: order intake and quoting, invoice matching, client onboarding, support triage, reporting. If your question is “what should we automate first and what will it cost”, this is the fastest honest answer.
What it costs and what it does not. $5,000, paid at the start. Credited in full against a Starter or Grow Build started within 90 days. It does not include building anything; it includes knowing exactly what to build.
Questions
Before you start the audit.
- Why pay for an audit when agencies offer free discovery?
- Free discovery is a sales call. This is two weeks of engineering time that produces a document you own and a quote you can accept or take elsewhere. The credit means it costs nothing if you build with us.
- What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?
- Then you get that in writing, with the reasons, and you have saved a build. It happens; we would rather tell you than sell you.
- Can you do it remotely and across time zones?
- Yes. Clients in the US, UK, Europe, Singapore and the UAE; calls are scheduled in your working hours.
- Do you need full access to our systems?
- Read-only access to the systems involved, or exports, is enough for the audit. We sign an NDA before day one.
